Return and Refund Policy
I Received the Wrong Item:
In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item, please immediately contact our support team and provide us with the following information:
Return Policy for Returned Goods:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchased items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition (please provide the tracking number). Once the item is received, the purchase price will be refunded. All returns must be registered through our customer service.
Please Note: Bikinis or underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.

I Received a Defective Item:
If you have received a defective item, please immediately contact our support team with the following information:
- Your order number
- Which item is damaged
- A description
- Photo proof
If your package was damaged during delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service.
All claims for damaged packages must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
Without damage proof provided by a member of our support team, we cannot issue a refund, credit, or replacement.
I Received the Wrong Item:
In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item, please immediately contact our support team and provide us with the following information:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
- The name of the item you received
- A photo of the item you received
Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish, we recommend that you return the item to us and then order the correct item from us.
For defective products: If the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or otherwise faulty, there will be no return shipping costs.
If I Want to Return the Items:
If the customer has purchased the wrong product, it does not fit, or no longer wants it, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs and the return receipt.

Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours. After that, we reserve the right to decline the cancellation if your order has already been processed.
