Shipping Costs

We cover the shipping costs for every order within Australia. All of our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is no minimum order required.

Shipping Your Order

Did you find the perfect look on our website? You’ll want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That’s why we make sure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Here are the average delivery times for all of our packages:

- After placing your order, we need  2- 3 business days to process it. During the week, it takes one business day, but if you place an order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, it might take a bit longer.

- Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and generally takes 6 to 8 business days for delivery.

Once your order has been placed, you will be able to see when your package is expected to arrive. You’ll receive a personal tracking code by email, which allows you to track your order with our tracking partner. You can learn more about how this works on our  Track My Order  page.

 Delivery of Your Order

Once your order is delivered, you can start enjoying it! Of course, things can sometimes go wrong. If you'd like to exchange or return an item, please visit this page.

Defective Product?

We’re very sorry about that! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product gets damaged during transit. In this case, we will always send a new package free of charge the first time, and we cannot offer a refund. If it happens a second time, we will refund the full purchase price.

How to Order

Ordering at AuriRose is incredibly simple. First, go to the product page and add the desired product to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.

It’s important to check that you’ve selected the correct variations. If everything looks good, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. On the checkout page, you will need to enter your correct address details. Please make sure all information is accurate. Once everything is correctly filled out, you can click "Proceed to Shipping."

On the "Shipping" page, you will have the chance to review your address details again. It will also confirm that shipping is completely free. As a token of our appreciation to our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by clicking "Proceed to Payment."

Lost Package?

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before processing any refunds or returns. If the order has not been received within 30 days of shipping, we will issue a refund.
